Many people are still at a loss when the issue of household enemy is discussed, yet for so many it constitutes the most formidable opposition to their breakthroughs. There is a general reason for this anomie. Most enemies from the household hide under a spiritual mask, and until you dig deep you may not be able to appreciate the enormity of the battles that confront you from members of your household. How, for instance do you explain the fact that a mother that raised you up and struggled to get you to where you are in life today could actually be the major source of your downfall in the spirit? How do you rationalize the fact that your brother or sister who at one point or another was instrumental for your elevation in life may be the ring leader in the witchcraft coven plotting your failed dreams?

The fact is that in the physical, they may appear like friends or concerned and caring relatives, but in the spiritual some of them may constitute themselves into strong enemies to hinder your progressive forward movement in life. The reason is simple: Some of them have sold their souls to Satan by membership of satanic associations like occults, witchcraft, etc. The primary motive of these groups is to control others, and the easiest way to demonstrate that attribute is to apply satanic weapons to suppress or hinder the progress of others, especially those that are sold to God. That is why the Book of Micah 7:6 confirms that a man's enemy shall be members of his father's house.

It is not for you to start suspecting everybody around you. If anybody from your household is being used by the devil to hinder your progress, God is able to handle them in His own way. All you need to do is pray and hand them over to God.

The prayers in this book center on these three levels of affliction, and to have total victory, you need to deal ruthlessly with these enemies in warfare-type prayers.
